One of the Eight Limbs of Yoga is a set of personal habits that encourage a healthy life in body and mind. The Sanksrit word for these habits is “Niyama” and they help to find the root of happiness. There are Five “Niyamas”: Contentment, Self-Purification, Self-Discipline, Self-Study, and Attunement to Life.
