Eischens Therapy Yoga with Annie Walter
Mondays, 10:30-11:45a, (3/21, 4/4, 4/11, 4/18)
This class will address therapeutic issues customized to the students present. A variety of modalities may be used, of which Eischens is one. The Eischens discipline addresses imbalances and weakness resulting from injuries or habits by improving alignments and muscle stimulation or relaxation.

Sacred Woman Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a wonderful way for any woman to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This timeless and ageless form of dance utilizes muscle groups in the entire body, particularly the abdomen, arms, hips, legs and thighs. Because belly dance is based on movements that come naturally to the female form it works with the body instead of against it. Practicing the dance can improve your core strength, posture and muscle tone, as well as reduce stress. Belly dance is also an amazing way to rediscover and reconnect to your body. By doing the feminine movements you create a feeling of expression and freedom.
