Conscious Aging Info Session: Dec 9

In our youth obsessed culture, there is fear, anxiety and outright denial of our inevitable aging process. The 8-session Conscious Aging program provides a structure, expert resources and an opportunity for small group dialogue to support each individual’s process. We will cultivate wisdom, connect with others and celebrate life. We will explore and discuss our thoughts, feelings and unexamined constructs about aging and death with awareness and intention – we will talk about the elephant in the room.

This series will be led by longtime TFC member, Marc Blesoff.  Marc is certified by the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) to facilitate their Conscious Aging program.  He is trained by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality (IJS) to facilitate their Wise Aging program.  For over 30 years, Marc was a criminal defense attorney in Cook County.  He is the founder of and principal at Mediation Cape Cod.  He is a husband, father, grandfather, and friend who is passionate and inquisitive about the next third of his life.  He is a fledgling beekeeper.
